LIAM BUILDS
His First Roblox Game
7 years old. December 2018. Sweden. He's never built a game before. And he's doing it anyway.
Meet Liam
Liam is 7 years old and lives in Sweden. He plays Roblox like millions of other kids. But one day, he asked the question that changed everything: "Can I build one of these?"
Working with Claude Code as his co-developer, he's documenting every step of building his very first Roblox game. No experience needed. Just curiosity, a laptop, and a really good AI.
He's probably one of the youngest Claude Code developers in the world. He's definitely one of the coolest.
"If Notch could build Minecraft, I can build an Obby."Liam, age 7, Sweden
🇸🇪 Made in Sweden
Sweden is the gaming capital of the world. Minecraft, Battlefield, Candy Crush, Valheim. They all came from here. Now Liam is next.
12 legendary entries since 2002. One of the world's biggest FPS franchises with fans on every continent.
250 million monthly players worldwide. Still a top-10 grossing app and a household name across every age group.
A survival epic that took the world by storm. A tiny team built one of the most-loved games of the decade.
The Epic Obby
An Obby is a Roblox obstacle course. You jump. You dodge. You fall. You try again. They're one of the most-loved game types on Roblox, with millions of players logging in every single day to test their skills.
Liam's first game is a classic Obby with a twist. Built platform by platform, obstacle by obstacle, line of Lua code by line of Lua code.
- Tricky floating platforms
- Moving and spinning obstacles
- Checkpoints so you don't start over
- Hidden easter eggs only the best players find
